This upper body session combine movements that are designed to strengthen your arms, chest, shoulders, and back. After your warm-up you will complete two, 4x2 circuits, and wrap with 2 unique EMOMs.
Circuit 1:

- Single Arm Push Press
Circuit 2:
- Alternating High Pull
- Cross Body Curl
- Alternating Lateral Raise
- Commando
EMOM 1:
- Supine Narrow Chest Press
- Supine Lat Pullover
EMOM 2:
- Shoulder Press
- Front Raise
Equipment: Moderate (8-12lb), and Strong (12-15lb+) Dumbbells
