This upper body session combines movements that are designed to strengthen your biceps, triceps, shoulders, and back. After your warm-up you will complete a 5x2 and 4x2 circuit!
Circuit 1:
- Bicep Curl
- Reverse Fly
- Arnold Press
- Tricep Kickback
- Halo Press Out
Circuit 2:
- Wide Press
- Bent Over Row
- Hammer Curl
- High Pull
Equipment: Moderate (8-15lb) and Strong Dumbbells (12-20lb+)
