Tabata is 20 seconds all out activity, 10 seconds of rest - 8 times through. You'll be completing 5 rounds working your "above the belt" - one move in each round will be upper body strength, the other will be cardio core. This sweat is efficient, effective, and challenging. Fun fact: This was my first time teaching LIVE with a microphone!
