This upper body session combine movements that are designed to strengthen your arms, chest, shoulders, and back. After your warm-up you will complete two, 4x2 circuits. After that we will crush a 4-minute EMOM focusing on the shoulders and triceps. This class is "All Levels" - it focuses heavily on form so you feel confident in each and every rep!
