This upper body session combine movements that are designed to strengthen your arms, chest, shoulders, and back. After your warm-up you will complete a 3-minute EMOM followed by two, 3X2 circuits.
EMOM
- Bent Over Row
- Alternating Hammer Curls
- Tricep Extensions
Circuit 1:
- L Raise
- Alternating Shoulder Press
- Push-Up
Circuit 2:
- Supine Chest Press
- Standing Chest Fly
- Single Arm Push Press
Equipment: Moderate (8-12lb), and Strong (12-15lb+) Dumbbells
