This lower body session delivers a glutes and legs workout to work the biggest muscles in your body. You will complete a quickie bodyweight warm-up, a mini band activation series, and two, 5x2 circuits. We will finish off with a 2-minute ladder, and after we will celebrate your beads of accomplishment!
