Slide across the floor in this 25-minute session! If you don’t have gliding discs you can use socks, hand towels, paper plates, or anything of the like on a smooth service. This workout will work your total body in steady, low impact movements that you will feel from head to toe. Each circuit will consist of 5 exercises completed twice - I'll meet you there!
