This lower body session delivers a glutes and legs workout to work the biggest muscles in your body. After your warm-up you will complete a mini band activation series followed up two, 4X2 circuits.

- Side Lying Abduction
- Wide to Narrow Squats
Circuit 1:
- Transverse Lateral Lunge
- Suitcase Split Squat
- Front Squat

Circuit 2:
- Goblet Squat Walks
- Kneeling Squat
- Offset Curtsy Lunge
- Swings
