Welcome to your guided, INCLINE WALK! In today's session you will have a 5 minute warm-up to loosen our muscles and perform some drills to prepare to bring the heat. After your warm-up, you will summit 2 climbs - the first hill you remove speed as you go up, hold 2 minutes at the top, and add speed as you go down. On the 2nd climb, you'll add speed as your incline increases. Get ready to get sweaty!
For your paces - I recommend starting the first hill on the quicker side, and the 2nd hill at a conservative pace. Don't worry, I'll coach you through everything.
1st Hill Starting Point: 4.0 - 5.0 mph
2nd Hill Starting Point: 3.0 - 4.0 mph
These are just suggestions! Your pace throughout class should be somewhat conversational, this is a steady burn that lingers around a 4-7 RPE (rate of preceived exertion).
