Wanna sweat? I'm serving up 2 different circuits to lift your heart rate. After your warm-up you will alternate between styles. The first is "the squeeze" you will complete one exercise for 30-seconds, and then repeat the same exercise for 15-seconds after a short period of rest. The next is a "spicy sandwich" - you will complete one movement for 30-seconds, another for 30-seconds, and then go back to the first movement for a final 30-seconds. I will coach you through everything - it's quite the burner! Total body, quick and efficient.

Mobility + Strength 01
