Tabata is 20 seconds all out activity, 10 seconds of rest - 8 times through. First we will work into a dynamic warmup, and then 5 powerful rounds of Tabata. This workout calls for a JUMP ROPE! If you don't have one at home, here are some alternatives:
- Round 1: Push Jacks (Moderate Dumbbell Optional)
- Round 2: Pop Squats
- Round 3: Plank Moguls
- Round 4: Low to High Knees Reaction Drill
- Round 5: One of each
Also, bring a towel to hold in case we are holding the jump rope in any round. This sweat is efficient, effective, challenging and FUN.
