This core session is unique and feels like a personal training session. Our first circuit is mat-based bodyweight work, and the second calls for one dumbbell. It is different from a mat core session because it works your stabilizer muscles and deep into your abdominals. It is great for all levels - the next day I could feel it when I sneezed! This is part of a 5-class series that will offer a focus on form, concentration, and multiple ways to target your core.
