Hello, Posterior Chain! We will start with an activator series after the warm-up using a mini loop band. Then continue on to two, 5x2 circuits consisting of 45-second exercises. Each circuit will have a focus: back or legs. Get ready for rows, pulls, deadlifts, clunges and more!
