Tabata is 20 seconds all out activity, 10 seconds of rest - 8 times through. You'll be completing 3 rounds working your total body. It is designed to build up a sweat quickly and efficiently! TRAINER TIP: Take note of your arms in your swings vs. cleans. In a swing, arms are at full extension away from the body. In a clean, your arms pull up vertically, tight towards the body and ending in a front rack position. See ya on the mat!
