An acronym for “every minute on the minute,” EMOM workouts challenge you to complete an exercise for a certain number of reps in less than 60 seconds. Get ready for a Minute A, B, and C - all minutes start with a magic number of reps and increase as we move along through a 12 minute EMOM!
