This HIIT routine that you can do at home was designed to help you push to your max without jumping from your joints. It is perfect for a hotel room, small apartment, or a nap time hustle! You will complete two, 5x2 circuits. The first focuses on low impact power movements, the second will increase your heart rate by alternating standing movements with exercises on your mat.
