Tabata is 20 seconds all out activity, 10 seconds of rest - 8 times through. You'll be completing 4 rounds of true Tabata alternating boxing combinations and power-based, dumbbell exercises. The final round is Tabata-inspired: 30-seconds all out, 15 seconds of rest. Each boxing combination will add on from the previous round - the final round is a full flow of fire! You'll be punching to the beat, performing squat thrusts and snatches - all with a smile.
