This upper body session combine movements that are designed to strengthen your arms, chest, shoulders, and back. After your warm-up you will complete one isometric circuit cycling through 3 muscle groups twice through; the second circuit will be a single-single-double burner with exercises completed one time through. Prenatal Approved.

Circuit 2:
- Hammer Curls
- High Pull

- Staggered Supinated Row
