Hello, Posterior Chain! We will start with an activator series after the warm-up using a mini loop band. Then continue on to two, 5x2 circuits consisting of 45-second exercises. Each circuit will have a focus: back or legs. Get ready for rows, pulls, deadlifts, clunges and more!

Tabata is 20 seconds all out activity, 10 seconds of rest - 8 times through. You'll be completing 5 rounds of that using optional ankle weights. I used them while coaching (I recommend 1-2lb) but you can do this without any equipment and still build a very healthy sweat.
