Ankle Weight Tabata 04
Tabata is 20 seconds all out activity, 10 seconds of rest - 8 times through. You'll be completing 6 rounds of that using optional ankle weights. I used them while coaching (I recommend 1-2lb) but you can do this without any equipment and still build a very healthy sweat.
