[WEEK 1 DAY 4 EXPRESS SERIES]
This lower body session delivers a glutes and legs workout to work the biggest muscles in your body. After your warm-up, you will complete a 3-Minute EMOM, followed by one, 3X2 circuit and one 4X2 circuit. [*PRENATAL: Remove the dumbbell from the glute bridge and/or elevate your head to a bench for a hip thruster]

- Suitcase Reverse Lunges
- Goblet Squat
Circuit 1:
- Sumo Squat
- Alternating Cleans
- Front Rack Pendulum Lunge
Circuit 2:
- Offset Front Rack Curtsy Lunge
- Air Squats
- Glute Bridge
- Jump Lunges
