Tabata is 20 seconds all out activity, 10 seconds of rest - 8 times through. You'll be completing 5 rounds of that alternating upper body strength with core cardio exercises. While the arms and abs are the focus, the hamstrings and glutes are also going to get worked in some of these moves! I'm all about sneaking in a total body experience to get the job done.
