Tabata is 20 seconds all out activity, 10 seconds of rest - 8 times through. You'll be completing 6 rounds working your total body - one move will be mat-based, the second will be cardiovascular. Zero equipment needed for a full sweat, but you could always level-up and add 1-2lb ankle weights after the warm-up before round 1!
